Cheap airline Ryanair is ready to slam the brakes on its Billund Airport (BLL) base come April 2025, bringing up Denmark’s new air shuttle tax and skyrocketing airport prices as the explanations for this drastic choice.

The fallout? As much as 60 jobs may well be left stranded, together with pilots, flight attendants, and engineers. Whilst Ryanair plans to stay flying from Billund, the closure of the bottom manner not more Ryanair team will be stationed on the airport, leaving the area people grounded in fear.
