Trump has filed a movement in response to presidential immunity.
Ny District Lawyer Alvin Bragg’s place of business has agreed to delay sentencing for President-elect Donald Trump in his trade information case.
A Nov. 19 letter to New York Justice Juan Merchan confirmed Bragg mentioning that his place of business believed “additional court cases sooner than this Courtroom will have to be adjourned to allow litigation” surrounding Trump’s movement to disregard.
Sentencing used to be scheduled for Nov. 26. Trump had requested the court docket to throw out the decision and indictment in response to presidential immunity with an anticipated choice previous this month. Merchan, then again, postponed a choice on that movement after Trump’s election.
